LogixLoops
LogixLoops is a senior software engineering studio in Jaipur. Founders bring us live products that have outgrown the way they were built, and leave owning something stable and safe to change.
What you get, every time
Scalable Architecture
Load-tested to its ceiling before your traffic finds it
Zero-Trust Security
Your security answers ready before the questionnaire is
Total Ownership
Source, infra and IP, yours at handover
Most agencies hand over a repository and a Slack archive. We hand over the reasoning: what was chosen, what was rejected, and why, so the next engineer to touch this system does not have to guess, and does not have to be us.
The short version of our eight-phase delivery process. Each phase has a condition that has to be true before the next one is allowed to start, which is the whole trick, and the reason nothing arrives as a surprise in month four.
We read the code and the infrastructure before anyone describes them to us, then compare that against how you believe the system works. You keep the map, the constraints written down as constraints, and success reduced to a number somebody will be measured on.
Service boundaries drawn along the seams of the data, not the org chart. Every consequential choice becomes a decision record, with the option that lost and the reason it lost, so the thinking survives the people who did it.
Complex workflows prototyped and walked by somebody who will actually run them daily, before they are built. You keep tokens and components, not a folder of screens.
Two-week sprints against a backlog you rank. Trunk-based, feature-flagged, no merge without review, and every sprint ends in software you can open and use rather than a status deck.
Load tested against modelled peak and broken on purpose. You keep the known limits, alerts that fire on what a user would feel, and runbooks for the failures we caused deliberately.
Progressive rollout, one-run rollback, telemetry from release one. Then the repository, the runbooks, the infrastructure and the keys, all of it yours, with nothing kept back that you would have to come to us for.
Timeline, stack, support, scope changes, scale. The five that come up on every first call, answered here so the call can start somewhere more interesting.
Forty-five minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson. You leave with a written architecture brief covering the stack, the boundaries, the phases and the risks we can already see. It is yours whether or not you hire us, and if we are not the right fit we will say so on the call.
